This role involves monitoring online inventory, processing orders, analyzing website traffic, and optimizing the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Monitor online sales performance and customer feedback
- Coordinate logistics and order fulfillment with internal teams
- Implement digital marketing tactics to drive traffic and conversions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Experience with Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or similar platforms
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
