Project Sales Engineer – AV Systems

The Project Sales Engineer for AV Systems will be responsible for driving sales and managing the technical aspects of AV projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and project management skills to design, propose, and support the implementation of AV solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Business Development

  • Identify client needs and proposed tailored AV solutions
  • Assist in generating leads, prepare proposals, and delivering sales presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients.

Design & Planning

  • Design AV systems, including video conferencing, control systems, and sound systems.
  • Recommend appropriate AV equipment, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness

Project Management

  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and installation teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scopes, and aligned with client expectations.

Industry Knowledge & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AV system components
  • Proficiency in AV design software and network configuration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
