Audio Technician / Product Specialist
The Audio Technician/Product Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise on Bose products, assisting in setup, troubleshooting, and support for both retail and corporate clients. You will also serve as a brand ambassador by delivering excellent customer experiences through expert product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform product setup, testing, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to customers and retail staff
- Deliver product training and live demonstrations
- Maintain inventory of demo and testing units
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in audio equipment or consumer electronics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for installations and events
